And extra surprises when I find unexpected gifts from lovely people who take the time to express with words how they feel about my work. Here's what this person wrote to me:
“I got to the office early today and I started browsing my favorite blogs as usual. Maybe without knowing I wanted to charge myself with beautiful images and inspiration. Right when I saw your work I realized that by matter of chance a week ago I had watched a chapter of Manufactura and I had already seen some of your work there. Thanks for the gist of calm. For the colors. For the ongoing story about the everyday things. The photographs were a moment of peace. I don't know if this message in a bottle will get to you, but I'm sending it anyway... maybe it will hit your shore. Thanks again, I loved to get my day started this way”.

Y más sorpresas al encontrarme con regalos inesperados de gente amorosa que se toma el tiempo de expresar lo que siente con palabras al ver mi trabajo. Transcribo el mail que recibí:
«Hoy llegué a mi oficina temprano y como de costumbre me puse a revisar la web, mis blogs favoritos. Quizá sin quererlo quería cargarme de bellas imágenes, de un poco de inspiración. Apenas vi tus bordados caí en la cuenta que justo hace una semana, por otra casualidad, vi un capítulo de Manufactura y te había conocido. Gracias por regalarme un poco de calma. Por los colores. Por lo que vas relatando de la cotidianidad. Las fotos fueron un pequeño remanso de paz. No sé si este mensaje que lanzo al mar llegará, pero de todos modos lo mando... quizá llegue a tu orilla. Gracias de nuevo, me encantó empezar el día así».
