Threads of Affirmation – Embroidered Cards

Relax and recharge. If you embroider regularly, you already know the joyful sensations that making things by hand bring to your heart and body: the sound of the needle piercing the taut fabric or paper, the softness of the floss on your fingers, the thread colors playing cheerfully between them. All small details but so capable of transforming our well-being in a few moments.

Drawing on this experience Joone Creative, Fifi Buchanan and I set out to create Threads of Affirmation, a project that facilitates active meditation through embroidery.

Threads of Affirmation are embroidery kits that come with pre-punched postcards that you can easily stitch with your choice of colors for a moment of relax and recharging.

Each postcard is paired with thoughtful affirmations. Each kit comes with access to a guided reflection audio creating an immersive crafting experience.
