Christmas presents ideas

In a perfect world I would have the all the time to make my own Christmas gifts. Nothing fancy but small embroidered pouches, napkins, or hoop art to show my affection.

But yes, you guessed it—I was totally unaware and December was already here (hey, where did November go?) In fact, last week when I asked on Instagram what my friends and followers were making, I got a message from one of them showing all the tree ornaments she'd been working on since June! My goodness! That's crafting planning!

I realized I was late and I thought, well why not make some handmade wrapping details instead? If there's one thing I enjoy and take pride in doing that's cutting paper AND I have tons of paint chips around (I've been collecting color paper and paint chips for years now for my color palette workshops and recently Behr Paint Chile donated a huge amount of them).

So yes, this week you'll find me cutting leaves and flowers for all my presents. What about you? What are you doing?
